A tipper truck carrying a load of spoil off a New Zealand earthworks site at first light

How it works

From joining to delivered

  1. JoinSet up your company and get verified: licences, WoF/CoF, rego.
  2. Find workOpen jobs on your board as they're posted.
  3. QuoteSend one committed price, fixed or hourly with a cap.
  4. Get selectedWin the job and assign your trucks and drivers.
  5. Complete loadsRun each load to delivered, with proof captured on the phone.

What's running today

The whole job, run from one place

Not just a lead board. Everything after the award is in the same app, so nothing lives in a text thread. All of it is live now, and nothing on this list is a plan.

Find work

Every open job on one board as it's posted. No geographic filtering yet, so you see the lot.

Quote on marketplace jobs

One committed, GST inclusive price per job, fixed or hourly with a cap. Revise it any time before it's accepted.

Manage trucks and drivers

Your fleet and your team, each with their own login and role. A truck whose WoF/CoF or rego has lapsed can't be assigned. The app stops it.

Dispatch loads

Assign, dispatch and follow every load through to delivered on one board.

Fill Exchange

Clean removal work is checked against nearby fill listings, so a load can go to a site that wants it instead of a tip.

Complete deliveries digitally

Photo, confirmed quantity and signature captured on the driver's phone. The quantity is typed, never assumed.

Before you can quote

Verification, and why it's worth it

Every carrier is checked before their first quote goes out. It takes a little longer to get started, and it is the reason a customer trusts a price from someone they have never met.

What we check

Your operator licence, and WoF/CoF and registration on each truck you add. A truck whose compliance has lapsed can't be assigned to a load. The app stops it rather than leaving it to the dispatcher to remember.

Who sees what

Owners and dispatchers see the money; drivers never do. Job prices are stripped out on the server for driver accounts, not just hidden on screen.

What it costs

Free during the pilot. No percentage of your invoices.

No card, no subscription, nothing to cancel. You keep the price you quoted, and SiteRelay never takes a cut of a job. That is a product promise rather than a launch offer.

What happens after the pilot. Paid plans arrive when there is something worth paying for: the list below, built and working. Nothing is charged before then, you won't be moved onto a plan without being asked, and the price will be set with the carriers who helped prove it rather than guessed at now.

Not yet built

What's coming

None of this exists yet, so none of it is included in anything. It is here so you know where SiteRelay is going, and so you can tell us which of it matters first.

ComingJobs filtered to your patch

A service area per carrier, so the board shows work you'd actually drive to rather than every job in the country.

ComingSaved rates and job templates

Quote a familiar job without retyping it.

ComingFleet analytics and reporting

Cycle times, utilisation and win rate across your trucks.

ComingExports

Your jobs, loads and dockets out to a spreadsheet or your accounting system.

ComingAPI access and integrations

SiteRelay alongside the dispatch or fleet software you already run.

ComingPaid plans

Once the above exists and is worth paying for. Nothing is charged before then, and the price will be set with the carriers who helped prove it.

Building the wrong thing first is the expensive mistake. If one of these would change how you run a week, say so at support@siterelay.co.nz.

Bring your trucks.

Free while we prove it, with no card and nothing to cancel. Tell us what works and what doesn't. That is what the pilot is for.
